Description
Site Leadership | Lead and motivate field teams to deliver a clean, efficient, and high-performing jobsite that reflects craftsmanship and accountability.
Field Operations | Oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day execution to keep the project on time and on plan.
Safety & Quality | Enforce jobsite safety protocols, maintain documentation, and ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.
Stakeholder Management | Serve as the primary on-site contact for owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners, building trust and alignment.
Schedule & Planning | Anticipate challenges, drive weekly planning, and partner with the Project Manager to maintain schedule certainty and budget adherence.
Site Logistics | Manage site layout, deliveries, inspections, and sequencing to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.

Proven Field Leader | Experienced managing commercial ground-up projects with a steady, solutions-first presence on the jobsite.
Safety & Quality Minded | Champions jobsite safety, craftsmanship, and accountability with zero-compromise standards.
Master Coordinator | Skilled in sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management to keep work flowing efficiently.
