Legal Recruitment Manager | NYC
The Legal Recruitment Manager will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral and summer associate hires in NYC office, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. This role is perfect for a skilled legal recruiter who thrives is looking for more ownership in their role.

Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage, for lateral and summer associates in New York office.
- Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and other talent pipelines.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment.
- Oversee summer program for New York office.

Profile
A successful Legal Recruitment Manager should have:
- A bachelor's degree (required).
- Proven experience in legal requirement (required).
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its recruitment needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $1600,000 to $190,000, based on experience.
