Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage, for lateral and summer associates in New York office.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and other talent pipelines.
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and legal requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment.
  • Oversee summer program for New York office.

Profile

A successful Legal Recruitment Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree (required).
  • Proven experience in legal requirement (required).
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its recruitment needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
