Traveling Superintendent - Tampa

We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent to oversee large-scale projects across the Southeast region. Based in Tampa, FL, this role offers a competitive salary of $90,000-$100,000 and the opportunity to work with a reputable and growing construction company.

Description

• Manage all on-site activities for multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare daily reports and document project milestones.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction processes, and scheduling software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeast region.
