Description

The Construction Project Manager - Academic Projects Up To $35M will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of team activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and manage expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risk and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all safety standards and regulations are adhered to on-site.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Profile

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience in managing projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Academic, or Life Science construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
