In this role you will report to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for:
- Strategically planning and managing facility operations with an engineering-focused approach to ensure alignment with company goals and long-term objectives.
- Overseeing ongoing maintenance activities, managing budgets, and executing capital projects to optimize facility performance and cost efficiency.
- Continuously evaluating and improving manufacturing equipment performance to enhance productivity and reliability.
- Driving initiatives related to space utilization, infrastructure optimization, and environmental health and safety (EHS) programs to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, actively managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effective oversight of security measures to support seamless operations.
Profile
A successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of facilities experience in manufacturing environments
- Facility and equipment management background
- Project planning and data analytics skills
- Safety regulations familiarity
- Hands on maintenance mentality
