Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of new construction and renovation healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager or VP, you'll oversee Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll be expected to interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, and take full ownership of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day project operations from initial planning through final closeout
Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and all documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and design professionals
Maintain client relationships and represent the company in meetings and on-site
Conduct site visits as needed across Western Virginia and occasionally West Virginia
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely reporting across multiple job sites
Profile
This position is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with 5-7+ years of experience in commercial construction and a track record of leading healthcare-related projects. You should be highly organized, communicative, and ready to take full responsibility for managing complex builds. Experience with hospital systems, medical clinics, or healthcare renovations is required.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of construction experience, including direct project management responsibility
Proven experience managing healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Must be commutable to the Winchester, VA office
Drug screen and background check required
Job Offer
Base Salary: Up to $150,000 (based on experience)
Vehicle Allowance: $800/month
Bonus: Discretionary, based on individual and company performance
