Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Multifamily
Lead the execution of a high-rise multifamily project in Miami for a well-established South Florida general contractor with a diverse commercial portfolio.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who excels in complex vertical construction and wants to own a flagship project from start to finish.

Known for hands-on leadership and disciplined execution, they offer long-term stability, strong internal collaboration, and the opportunity to lead complex, impactful work.
Description
Lead all phases of a high-rise multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership and design teams
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Oversee project closeout, turnover, and warranty documentation
Profile
8+ years of experience with a general contractor on large-scale projects
Proven high-rise multifamily construction experience (required)
Strong understanding of vertical construction, MEP coordination, and structural systems
Experience managing projects in the $50M+ range preferred
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Miami while collaborating with the Fort Lauderdale office
Job Offer
Base salary: $160K-$190K
