Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Multifamily

Lead the execution of a high-rise multifamily project in Miami for a well-established South Florida general contractor with a diverse commercial portfolio.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager who excels in complex vertical construction and wants to own a flagship project from start to finish.

Description

• Lead all phases of a high-rise multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and forecasting

• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership and design teams

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

• Drive project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders

• Oversee project closeout, turnover, and warranty documentation

Profile

• 8+ years of experience with a general contractor on large-scale projects

• Proven high-rise multifamily construction experience (required)

• Strong understanding of vertical construction, MEP coordination, and structural systems

• Experience managing projects in the $50M+ range preferred

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work on-site in Miami while collaborating with the Fort Lauderdale office
