Our client is a leading general contractor based in Southern California, specializing in delivering complex Health care, Commercial, and Life Science projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced OSHPD Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) projects to join our building and construction dynamic team.

Job Description
This OSHPD Project Manager will report into the Senior Project Manager.
- Manage all phases of health care construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to OSHPD standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
- Serve as the primary liaison with OSHPD, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management processes.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Profile
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on OSHPD-regulated health care projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHPD regulations, policies, and approval processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale health care construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Pro core, Blue beam, MS Project).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Not for New York City Applicants.
