Description
- Estimate and bid projects ranging from $200K to $5M, including full gut renovations and rebuilds.
- Prepare bids for retail, restaurant, and fitness club projects, ensuring detailed analysis of all trade divisions.
- Collaborate on bid reviews with the Project Executive and team to refine proposals.
- Use estimating tools such as Excel and Bluebeam for detailed cost analysis.
- Manage multiple bids and projects in different stages, maintaining a steady workflow.
Profile
- Experience: 7+ years in estimating, with a strong background in retail, restaurant, or fitness club construction.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in reading plans and specifications, with the ability to vet contractor bids thoroughly.
- Independence: Capable of bidding projects independently, such as $1.3M-$1.5M restaurant renovations.
- Tools: Experience with Excel, Bluebeam, and related estimating software.
- Work Style: Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously, with minimal supervision.
Job Offer

- Salary Range: Up to $130,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to $15,000 annually
