Senior Project Manager - Multifamily/Commercial - Woburn
A mid-sized, highly respected General Contractor north of Boston is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10-12+ years of experience in ground-up construction to lead large-scale multifamily and commercial projects in the Greater Boston area. This builder is known for its people-first approach, stable leadership, and long-standing presence in the Boston construction market.

Description
As Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of major construction projects from concept through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams while overseeing project schedules, cost control, procurement, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects ($25M-$100M)
- Collaborate with precon and estimating teams early in project lifecycle
- Direct subcontractor procurement and contract execution
- Manage internal APMs and coordinate closely with field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, schedule, and budget goals
- Serve as the face of the company for owners, architects, and consultants
Profile
The Senior Project Manager will have:
- 10+ years of experience in project management for a GC or CM
- Experience managing $25-100M ground-up projects from precon through turnover
- Familiar with multifamily and commercial construction
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong coordination, leadership, and client-facing skills
Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager will receive:
- $165K-$200K base + bonus potential
