We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a major warehouse construction project in Secaucus, NJ. This onsite role ensures all short‑ and long‑term project milestones are met while leading construction teams, managing budgets, and serving as a key liaison across stakeholders.

- Project Management: Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors throughout all phases of the build.
- Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules.
- Documentation: Review contracts and prepare detailed scopes of work across all trades.
- Client-Facing: Collaborate with prospective tenants/clients to align design and construction needs.
- Team Leadership: Evaluate work progress and prepare scopes for concrete, masonry, structural steel, and other specialty tradess
- Quality Control: Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to company leadership and ownership.
Profile
- Holds a BS in Construction Management or a related field.
- Brings 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction.
- Possesses a strong civil engineering background with expertise in precast wall systems and structural steel.
- Skilled in bid leveling, submittals, and developing trade‑specific scopes of work.
- Experienced with concrete footings, foundations, and industrial‑scale construction methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Procore.
- Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to lead complex teams in a fast‑paced environment.
