Superintendent - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a $8M renovation and addition project in Trenton, NJ, This is a multi-year assignment with strong potential for continued work on diverse projects across New Jersey.

Description

• Job Site Supervision: Oversee all phases of construction for the renovation/addition project, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Coordinate sitework, utilities, and ground-up construction activities, providing leadership and guidance to subcontractors and field teams.

• Safety Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Schedule Management: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

• Documentation: Manage daily reports, inspections, and progress documentation.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on mid- to large-scale projects, ideally with exposure to both interiors and ground-up construction.

• Strong knowledge of sitework, utilities, and structural components.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and schedules.

• Ability to adapt to diverse project types, from hospitality and healthcare to retail and commercial spaces.

• Located centrally in New Jersey for ease of travel to multiple job sites.
