Superintendent - Commercial Experience
We're seeking a highly motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on a wide range of design-build projects. You'll lead site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Monitor schedules, proactively address delays, and maintain construction timelines.
- Maintain safety standards on site in compliance with OSHA and internal policies.
- Conduct and document daily site reports, quality control checks, and subcontractor performance.
- Lead job site meetings and act as the primary field contact for clients and consultants.
- Interpret and enforce construction documents, specs, and plans with precision.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, professional job site culture.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Experience with design-build delivery and fast-track projects is a plus.
- Ability to lead field teams across diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, or civic facilities.
- Strong knowledge of site logistics, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Proficiency in construction technology (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
