Lead Superintendent - Multifamily
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from ground-breaking through final occupancy in the vibrant Fort Lauderdale area. Join a leading real estate developer known for delivering high-quality multifamily communities across South Florida.

Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.
- Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance with local building codes and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management, focusing on timelines, quality standards, and project goals.
Profile
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Lead Superintendent, specifically in multifamily construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for managing both people and processes effectively.
- Solid understanding of construction documents, project scheduling, and local building codes.
- Ability to resolve challenges swiftly and maintain a high level of productivity on site.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
