Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance with local building codes and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management, focusing on timelines, quality standards, and project goals.

Profile

• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Lead Superintendent, specifically in multifamily construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for managing both people and processes effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction documents, project scheduling, and local building codes.
• Ability to resolve challenges swiftly and maintain a high level of productivity on site.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
