Description

• Manage all phases of high-rise construction projects, from pre-construction through delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor on-site activities to guarantee quality control and adherence to timelines.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing high-rise residential projects.
• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling software.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to manage large project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
