Lead Multifamily Superintendent - Class A Garden-Style
Leading TOP ENR GC is seeking an experienced Lead Multifamily Superintendent to support its growing Carolinas portfolio out of the Charlotte office. This role offers consistent work on large, Class‑A garden‑style communities with clear runway as multiple new projects break ground each year.

With full transparency into its development pipeline and a values‑driven culture focused on accountability, growth, and excellence, they continues to scale its construction operations across the Southeast.
Description
- Lead construction of 200-350+ unit, wood‑framed Class‑A multifamily projects
- Oversee one project at a time from sitework through project completion
- Manage Assistant Superintendents (one early‑stage, two during final phases)
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
- Partner closely with the Project Manager and Charlotte leadership team
Profile
A successful Lead Multifamily Superintendent - Class A Garden-Style should have:
- Extensive multifamily Superintendent experience on Class‑A garden‑style projects
- Strong leadership presence and ability to represent the firm on site
- Experience managing wood‑frame MF communities with amenities and clubhouses
- Comfortable traveling between Carolinas projects as required
Job Offer
Base salary: $135,000 to $165,000
- Discretionary 10% bonus after first full year
- 100% paid employee insurance with $1,000 HSA contribution
