Job Description
You will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with technical teams, sales, product development, and senior leadership to expand market share and deepen customer relationships.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Lead efforts to identify and develop new customer opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on technical solutions, aligning with design and engineering teams
- Provide structured support to internal sales teams and external partners
- Own commercial proposals, pricing strategy, and customer negotiations
Product Line Strategy & Business Development
- Act as the commercial owner for key product families, contributing to long-term roadmap planning
- Guide product positioning, application targeting, and competitive differentiation
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to inform product development and market adjustments
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership
- Support global coordination on product initiatives and customer opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and technical forums as needed

Profile
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or commercial role within components, electronics, or engineered systems
- Prior exposure to industries such as aerospace, medical devices, defense, or rail preferred
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in engineering-level discussions
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required (Engineering preferred)
- Experience in product management or consultative sales environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills, business judgment, and ability to navigate complex customer relationships
- Willingness to travel onsite to Longwood, FL facility and up to 30% for customer visits and internal collaboration
