Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager in La Canada Flintridge to oversee our residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in building and construction managing custom home builds or major renovations. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

The Construction Project Manager will:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to address project needs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

Profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in residential construction.
• Proven track record with custom single-family homes or major renovations.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and permitting processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
