Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and engineering of switching power amplifiers and power supply systems to meet stringent performance and safety requirements
  • Perform in-depth circuit simulations and analyses to enhance system efficiency and reliability
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and validation procedures for gradient power supply components
  • Lead efforts in diagnosing and resolving advanced electrical and performance-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power systems into larger product platforms
  • Ensure designs align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks
  • Support prototype development, including hands-on testing and iterative design improvements
  • Document design processes, technical findings, and test results to support product lifecycle needs

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline required
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in power electronics and power supply design
  • Demonstrated success in developing reliable, high-performance power systems
  • Skilled in circuit design and simulation tools such as SPICE, Altium Designer, and MATLAB
  • Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to technical detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
