Description

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Operations/Chief Estimator to lead our operations and estimation efforts. This role is essential in managing public sector projects, including municipal, state, and federal contracts, and will involve extensive subcontractor management, scheduling, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational and estimation activities.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure effective project coordination.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project management team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Profile

• Proven experience as a VP of Operations or Chief Estimator in the MEP/HVAC industry.
• Strong background in public sector projects or healthcare.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must reside in New England and be willing to travel to job sites weekly.
