Regional Sales Manager - Waste Equipment (TX, OK, AR, LA)
The Regional Sales Manager - Waste Equipment will oversee and grow sales operations across TX, OK, AR, LA. This role focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market presence within the waste equipment industry.

My client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in helping companies achieve their green initiatives by reducing waste streams and increasing recycling efforts. The ideal candidate will be based in Texas. The hiring company is a well-established, medium-sized organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry. - Hunting for new opportunities to sell waste and recycling equipment into national accounts, dealers, and distributors within your region.
- Strategizing and developing account plans to expand client's scope, assure customer retention, and drive new business development.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to communicate and see customer requirements to successful completion.

Profile
- Hunting for new opportunities to sell waste and recycling equipment into national accounts, dealers, and distributors within your region.
- Strategizing and developing account plans to expand Komar's scope, assure customer retention, and drive new business development.
- Collaborating closely with Komar's internal teams to communicate and see customer requirements to successful completion.
- The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Corporate Account Management experience and a proven track record of selling into large accounts at the corporate headquarters level.
- 5-10 years of experience (industry experience a plus) and a college degree (technical or business degree preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen, ask, present, persuade, and solve, as well as the ability to adapt communication to different personality styles.
- Technical aptitude (understand machine specifications such as pressure, force, volume) and experience with Microsoft products and CRM software.
- Creativity and the ability to create engaging presentations (PowerPoint).
- A willingness to travel 30%-50% within the local region (multistate).
