Sales Representative / Sales Manager - Packaging
A fast-growing, innovation-driven packaging company is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to lead new business development efforts across the consumer product, hospitality, and restaurant industries. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across key industries
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and represent the company at industry events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer service teams
- Provide market insights to inform product development and innovation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth
Profile
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or product development within packaging, consumer products, hospitality, or foodservice
- Proven track record of driving new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and customer-first approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus)
- Not for New York City Applicants.
