A fast-growing, innovation-driven packaging company is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to lead new business development efforts across the consumer product, hospitality, and restaurant industries. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through a solution-oriented sales approach.

Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across key industries
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and represent the company at industry events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term growth

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or product development within packaging, consumer products, hospitality, or foodservice
  • Proven track record of driving new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and customer-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's a plus)
  • Not for New York City Applicants.
