Regional Sales Manager - HVAC Equipment - NY Metro

With a surplus of offerings in the air filtration and HVAC space, our client is looking to bring on a regional sales manager who can handle the high demand and workload of a premier organization.

Description
Sales Responsibilities:
- build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
- Implement relevant information into CRM
- Proactively reach out on existing bids with contractors to win jobs/contracts
- Quotations
- Take consultative approaches to providing product selections to customers/prospects
- Close New Business as well as managing rolodex of current customers
Estimating Responsibilities:
- Review specifications for projects, blueprints, HVAC system requirements for accurate quotes/estimates
- Be able to provide recommendations given a specific budget
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and product pricing for up to date conversations
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years + of sales experience in HVAC, air filtration, or a related industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC system requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
