Regional Sales Manager - HVAC Equipment - NY Metro/NJ
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales within the NY Metro/NJ area for the commercial industry, focusing on building strong client relationships and meeting sales targets. This position requires a results-driven individual with a proven ability to manage accounts and drive revenue growth.

Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the NY Metro/NJ region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.
Profile
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
- Ability to be onsite in NJ when not on road - REQUIRED
- A strong background in sales, preferably within the commercial hvac industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the NY Metro market is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
Job Offer
