Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to maintain exceptional quality and safety standards.
- Drive problem-solving and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record managing projects in sectors such as office, retail, healthcare, or mixed-use.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and a deep understanding of construction processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
