D365 Consultant

We are seeking a proficient D365 Consultant to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

Description

• Implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Keeping abreast of latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and trends.
• Handling the Finance & Operations portion of D365.
• Providing training and support to end-users.
• Documenting processes and maintaining records.
• Participating in project planning and status meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile

A successful D365 Consultant should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• A firm understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
