Project Coordinator- Retail Buildout

Description

• Delegate job assignments and coordinate workflow among project team members

• Support human resource functions and general office duties

• Manage licensing, permitting, and close-out of permits

• Oversee subcontractor documentation including subcontracts, lien waivers, warranties, and insurance

• Prepare AIA contracts and handle AIA billing processes

• Input and manage data related to budgets and billing

• Utilize Procore project management software (preferred)

• Work with Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks and documentation

Profile

• Has prior experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role in the construction industry

• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities

• Has working knowledge of permitting processes, subcontractor documentation, and billing procedures

• Brings familiarity with AIA contracts and billing formats

• Experience with Procore and proficiency in Microsoft Office is strongly preferred

• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary between $60,000 and $75,000 depending on experience
