Travelling Superintendent - Retail/Restaurants
We're seeking a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in retail and restaurant construction to join a dynamic team operating across the Midwest. This is a traveling role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being hands-on at job sites.

Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
- Manage schedules, inspections, and documentation throughout the build process.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in retail or restaurant construction.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to job sites across the region.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
- OSHA certification preferred.
