Remote IT Project Manager - Medical Device - $150k - East Coast

This position is for an Information Technology Project Manager with experience leading multiple large-scale projects from start to finish. Experience working for a medical device manufacturer or a similar highly regulated industry is required! You also MUST be located in the US and must be authorized to work in the US to be considered.

Client Details

The company is a leading medical device manufacturer with multiple locations across the world, and an office HQ in Boston. This role is a remote position, but you're more than welcome to work hybrid from their Boston location if interested! I can and will provide more details of the specific work the client does over a phone call.

Description

The Information Technology Project Manager's responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

• Managing multiple IT projects at one time and seeing them through from start to finish in a timely and efficient manner
• Oversee & lead IT governance
• Be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels across the globe and understand that work and projects may require extra additional hours on evenings / weekends to be successfully completed
• Developing and maintaining project plans
• Regularly communicating with Project Team to provide guidance, direction and support
• Be comfortable working and leading a variety of IT Projects

Profile

The successful Information Technology Project Manager candidate will have:

• Experience leading multiple projects as an IT Project Manager from start to finish. Preferably at least 3!
• Experience working within a global organization is a must
• Experience working in the medical device industry is a must
• ERP Project Management experience is hugely beneficial (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics 365, D365 preferred)
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and successfully delivering projects on time
• Willingness to adopt new technology and build technical skills to support development of business solutions
• Clear communication skills and the ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders
• SQL, Power BI, and data analytics skills and an overall understanding of IT systems is beneficial. No development experience is required.

• Base salary ranging from $100k-$150k depending on experience
