Project Manager - Manufacturing - Nashville

Oversee the progress of ground up projects specializing in light industrial/manufacturing projects for well known companies looking to grow their business in the booming Nashville area. As they specialize in all sectors of construction they are looking to grow their manufacturing and light industrial side.

Client Details

Work for general contractor with over 4 generations of experience within the region and specialization on all types of projects with the goal to execute on manufacturing within the Nashville area. With their success across the US, they will have no shortage of projects and work will be steady.

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

• 5+ years of Nashville experience
• Experience in industrial & health care
• Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
