We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a growing team in the property and construction industry. This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Description

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to support cost estimates.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial objectives.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proven ability to analyze project specifications and provide accurate cost breakdowns.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
