HR Operations Manager - Hybrid San Carlos - Up to $150K
A boutique finance firm is seeking an Operations Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm to ensure efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance. Additionally they will manage client onboarding, pre/post-appointment workflows, and ongoing service processes. They will support HR functions, coordinate marketing events, implement operational systems, and ensure seamless communication between clients, team members, and external partners.

A boutique finance firm is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team hybridly in San Carlos. Salary is up to $150K with discretionary bonus depending on years of experience.
Description
- Manage client onboarding and account setup
- Oversee appointment prep, follow-up, and service execution
- Maintain operational systems, compliance, and workflow efficiencies
- Plan and execute client marketing events
- Lead, train, and review performance of support staff
- Support HR, payroll, and hiring processes in collaboration with leadership
Profile
- 8+ years in financial services, 3+ in a leadership role
- Strong organizational, client service, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with RedTail, Albridge, Riskalyze, and eMoney is a plus
- Able to commute to the office in-person in San Carlos, CA
