Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Lead multiple projects and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the executive liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving repeat business.
• Oversee project financials - budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Support business development and preconstruction efforts, including pursuits and contract negotiations.
• Manage risk, safety, and compliance across all projects.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and field leaders.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and best practices.

Profile

The Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Manager w/ Commercial General Contractor
• Experience leading large-scale ground up Light Industrial and/or Commercial projects (25M+)
• Bachelors Degree in Construction related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus

Job Offer

The Project Executive - Top 100 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will receive:

• Highly Competitive Base Salary - $180,000-220,000
• Company bonuses - 20-25% Annual
