Description

• Manage the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities within the organization.
• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during the review process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting workflows.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure adherence in financial reporting practices.

Profile

A successful Consolidation and Financial Reporting Associate should have:

• A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial consolidation and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
• CPA preferred
• Oracle experience a plus
• 2-6 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems.
• The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial data.
