Consolidation and Financial Reporting Associate
The Consolidation and Financial Reporting Associate will oversee key aspects of financial reporting and consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in financial reporting.

Description
- Manage the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities within the organization.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during the review process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting workflows.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and ensure adherence in financial reporting practices.

Profile
A successful Consolidation and Financial Reporting Associate should have:
- A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial consolidation and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.
- CPA preferred
- Oracle experience a plus
- 2-6 years of experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial data.
