Superintendent - Commercial

Seeking a dedicated Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project life cycle, from planning to completion.

Description

• Oversee and manage all stages of project life cycle
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams
• Review and approve project plans and specifications
• Address any on-site issues or delays promptly
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress
