Senior Project Manager Multifamily Construction
- Senior Project Manager with Multifamily/ Garden Style experience
- Compensating up to $200K for the right talent
Client Details
This general contractor is local to Dade County and working throughout South Florida. They work in both commercial and multifamily sectors, working on new construction of large projects with repeat clients. Actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in new construction multifamily projects.
Description
- Manage $30M-$150M+ multifamily projects, mid to high rise.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, buyout, and change management
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Serve as primary client contact and run OAC meetings
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance
Profile
- 8+ years with a multifamily general contractors
- Proven ground‑up multifamily experience - garden style is a plus
- Strong knowledge of concrete, MEPs, and building envelope
- Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
