Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction projects ranging from $40M to $60M.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of bids.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine costs.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities during the estimation process.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and construction costs.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide input on budgeting and project planning.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator - Ground Up $40M - $60M should have:

• 5+ years experience in Estimating position
• Experience with ground up projects $20M+
• Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, particularly with ground-up projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
