IT Systems Manager - Pittsfield, MA - Up to $120k
This is a hybrid position is for a strong IT Systems & Network Administrator to join this organization as an IT Systems Manager to oversee their IT division across the US and help support 100+ Users for all IT issues including helpdesk, support, networking & systems administration, whilst also helping shape and build the future of IT within the organization. This is not a people management role, you will be managing the IT environment.
Client Details
This organization has multiple locations across the US, and currently works with an MSP for all of their IT needs. They are looking to build their IT presence internally, and have prioritized this position as a critical hire in 2024.
Description
- Support the organization's internal IT system
- Support 100+ Users for all IT needs
- Work with the organizations MSP
- Provide support for Windows OS
- Perform helpdesk and IT support, along with network design/administration
- Maintain the corporate infrastructure and support the organization's ambitions to expand into the cloud
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years IT Systems Administration / IT Systems Engineer experience
- Must have a strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- SQL experience
- Must have a strong networking & infrastructure experience
- EDI experience is preferred but not required
- Experience supporting multiple locations is preferred
- The client is looking for a candidate that has strong written and verbal communication.
