This Sr. Quality Manager will own the site's quality strategy, ensuring products meet regulatory and customer expectations while driving a culture of operational excellence. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight of QA, QC, and Supplier Quality functions.

- Define and execute the site's quality strategy aligned with global leadership.
- Influence senior leaders to embed quality in operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Represent the site during customer audits, inspections, and quality engagements.
- Strengthen and maintain quality systems across ISO, GxP, and internal standards.
- Lead initiatives that reduce defects, enhance right‑first‑time performance, and improve supplier quality.
- Oversee root‑cause investigation processes and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage QA activities including batch review, deviation management, SOPs, and product release.
- Oversee QC operations including inspections, finished goods release, and metrology.
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Maintain compliance readiness, manage audit outcomes, and drive KPI‑based improvements.
- Build site‑wide quality capability through training, communication, and engagement.
Profile
- Proven leadership experience in medical, life‑science, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in senior site leadership roles within quality.
- Strong background in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GxP, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in quality management systems, audits, CAPA, change control, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and people‑leadership abilities.
