Our Client is currently looking for a Finish Superintendent, to oversee and manage all finishing aspects of projects to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget. This role is based in Richmond and requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and expertise in finish construction management.

Description
Finish Superintendent - Multifamily Wood-frame Construction- Richmond,VA
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on construction sites, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation to track project milestones and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and potential challenges.
- Monitor inventory and materials for finishing tasks to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finishing team to achieve project goals.

Job Offer
