Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP Projects:

  • Oversee the MEP components of data center projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate MEP systems' commissioning, startup, and integration.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring all MEP work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with MEP codes, industry standards, and client expectations.
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and changes.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, reporting regularly to senior management.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent supervising or performing heavy mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
