The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Our client is a premier General Contractor based in Manhattan, specializing in high-end residential renovations for discerning, high-net-worth clientele. Description

  • Lead and oversee multiple high-end residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, DOB regulations, and condo/co-op board requirements.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability on-site.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in NYC.
  • Proven track record managing high-end renovation projects for luxury apartments, condos, or townhomes.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC construction regulations and permitting processes.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
