Construction Project Manager - Class A Interiors

This Project Manager will lead interior construction projects across Class A commercial and healthcare environments, ensuring exceptional execution from preconstruction through closeout. This role blends strategic project oversight with active estimating support, allowing the PM to influence project outcomes from day one.

Description

• Lead all phases of Class A and healthcare interior projects, from preconstruction planning to turnover, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage project estimating efforts, including scope takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, bid leveling, and early cost assessments to support preconstruction strategy.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout each project.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and change order management to ensure profitability and transparency.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Field Supervisors, fostering accountability and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Ensure rigorous safety and compliance standards, driving jobsite excellence and risk mitigation.
• Support business development efforts, providing technical insight, attending key client meetings, and helping strengthen long‑term partnerships.
