The Preconstruction Manager will:
- Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and logistics planning
- Preconstruction Project Management personnel are expected to promote and exemplify safe work practices and ensure safety is appropriately budgeted in every project

Profile
The Successful Preconstruction Manager
- 1-3+ year Estimator experience with a general contractor
- Must have bachelor's degree. Preferably in construction focus, but not required.
- 7+ years of preconstruction experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Bluebeam and PlanSwift
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment
- Must be comfortable working with deadlines
- Must be able to manage working on several projects at the same time
- Multifamily experience
