Midsized GC in Newton MA, is looking for Traveling Supers to join their team - Government project & Hospital Reno in Philly and New Orleans, future travel across East coast
Projects typically $20M-$45M+ mix of ground up/new construction & renovation/expansion work

Midsize General Contractor, based in Newton, is looking for Traveling Supers to join their team!
Specifically for Government airplane hangar project & a Hospital Renovation project in Philly & New Orleans, future travel up and down the east coast: ME, NH, VT, CT, MA, NJ, Carolinas
Projects range from $15M - $100M ($20M - $45M typically) with a mix of ground up/new construction and renovation/expansion work.

Description
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for:
- On-site leading large scale projects up to $100M (typically $20M - $40M)
- Tracking project & uploading pics daily in Procore
- Overseeing and managing all aspects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site
- Communicating regularly with project team & stakeholders
- Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction
- Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure
- Delivering the project within budgeted cost, by the scheduled completion date

- Government airplane hangar project

Future: travel up & down the east coast (ME, NH, VT, CT, MA, NJ, Carolinas)

Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- Must be licensed construction supervisor - will pay for additional state licenses as/if needed
- Bulk of projects completed are valued at $20M+
- Government and/or Hospital renovation project experience
- Capable of managing/leading full scope of project
- Overseeing all aspects/not just a portion
- Organized, humble, technology savvy, reliable, self sufficient
- Procore experience
Job Offer
The Traveling Superintendent will receive:
