Public Sector Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a Project Manager to lead complex public and institutional construction projects across central Ohio. This role suits someone who thrives in structured environments and takes pride in delivering work exactly to contract.

Description
- Manage public-sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own schedules, pay applications, change orders, and contract compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal field teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and documentation standards
- Maintain clear communication with owners, inspectors, and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience
- 3+ years on public, municipal, healthcare, or institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of contracts, documentation, and compliance
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined, process-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $90.000 to $130.000 USD.
