This person will be responsible for estimating on multiple commercial projects.
Client Details
Our client has been in business for 40+ years and they have multiple offices in Maine. They are currently completing over $100M in revenue a year working across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Description
Estimator - Commercial Construction - Maine - Responsibilities:
- Takeoffs
- Putting together bid-packages
- Compiling a range of numbers for the project
- Work with the Chief Estimator on a daily basis
- Utilizing OST and Planswift for documentation
Profile
Estimator - Commercial Construction - Maine - Successful Candidate:
- A diverse portfolio of construction experience
- OST and Planswift experience is a plus
- 10+ Years of Estimating experience
- Understand the foundation of Estimating
Job Offer
