Description

• Project Managers could potentially be involved in diverse projects, such as a bank project and educational initiatives
• Typically overseeing 2-3 projects concurrently, each not exceeding $25M in total value
• They collaborate closely with Superintendents
• Managing projects comprehensively from initiation to completion without direct team leadership responsibilities
• Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
• Great written and verbal skills
• Build relationships
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
• Minimal travel, dependent on project

Profile

• Have at least 5 years of Project Management experience
• The ability to start effectively immediately
• Estimating experience is beneficial, as involvement in bids is preferred
• Ground-up commercial experience is essential, along with strong customer orientation for front line interactions
• A positive attitude
• Effective communication skills both verbally and via email
• The ability to foster a familial atmosphere are also crucial attributes

Job Offer

• Base salary $105,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience
