Site/Civil Project Manager
A site civil engineering project manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. They lead field teams, manage subcontractors, resolve design or site issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The company provides comprehensive end‑to‑end services-including site/civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering; land surveying; photogrammetry; aerial LiDAR; and construction management-serving public and private clients across sectors such as transportation, commercial development, industrial facilities, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Description
- Oversees on‑site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Manages project schedules, budgets, and resources to keep the project on track.
- Coordinates with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
- Ensures compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Communicates project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Profile
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles, site design, construction methods, and regulatory standards, supported by relevant education and professional certifications (e.g., P.E. or equivalent).
- Proven project management experience, including the ability to plan, schedule, budget, and execute site‑based civil projects from start to finish.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, enabling them to coordinate field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially when navigating unexpected site issues, design conflicts, or schedule constraints.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring all work meets applicable codes, standards, and organizational expectations.
